As a seasoned traveler, I have experienced accommodations ranging from budget-friendly stays to high-end luxury hotels. When booking a four- or five-star hotel, I have certain expectations—spacious rooms, comfortable king or queen-sized beds, and, most importantly, a spotless bathroom free of mold, grime, or cloudy glass surfaces. Clean linens, high-quality toiletries, and thoughtful amenities such as hairdryers, cotton swabs, and shower slippers are also essential for a truly premium experience. Radisson Agra markets itself as a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, the Deluxe Room I booked did not meet my expectations. The room felt quite small, and the bathroom required deep cleaning, including mold removal and grout whitening. While the hotel itself has a luxurious appearance, the surrounding area is less appealing. There was also an issue with my breakfast booking, as a glitch in the system did not reflect it in my reservation. However, the hotel quickly resolved the matter by upgrading me to a room with a Taj Mahal view. While this was a kind gesture, travelers should be aware that the Taj Mahal is somewhat distant, and the view is often obscured by smog. I always aim to provide honest and constructive feedback, and while my experience had its shortcomings, I appreciate the hotel's efforts to address the issue.

I would like to tell inside room they should keep menu not scanner because when we scan only ads comes and sometimes it's difficult to reach what we are expecting and apart from that there should be options of non spicy food and FO need to aware what they are selling and room price becz we was planning to extend for one night I went to reception I asked the gentleman who was in reception he asked me 10000 for one night and then I showed him price online then he was not replying me anything

Comfortable and spacious room/bathroom. Roof terrace dining was good but only really possible in the evenings as no umbrellas up there during the day.

Rooms clean and up to standard as you would expect from Radisson. Got a free room upgrade with a view of the Taj which was very much appreciated thank you ! All staff - waiters and management very friendly and helpful always with a smile on their faces. Buffet breakfast and Buffett for dinner had plenty of options , very tasty and value for money. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was cool also.

I would like to thank Ms. Jannat from the concierge/ lobby , Ms. Heena from travel desk for helping us coordinate with our tours and helped us plan a fantastic itinerary to visit the places of interest. They were so incredibly helpful from helping us check in, explaining about the amenities, the attractions and helped us in every way possible such as arranging cabs, getting us small change and checked in with us everyday to make sure we are well taken care of and comfortable. Thank you both so much. I would like to specially thank Dikshent and Ganendrar from the Wonder Terrace rooftop restaurant. Excellent service and they checked in with us regularly to see if we liked the food. Dikshent informed us the approximate waiting time in advance which we greatly appreciate. He was very sweet and jovial towards the diners and made sure of our comfort. Thank you Dikshent and thank you Ganendrar for making our experience a fantastic one! Also, thank you to Richa from the hotel restaurant for taking care of us during meal times and recommending dishes according to our preference. She also connected with us and spoke to us everyday with such happiness and treated us like family. Special thanks to Javed, from the restaurant as well for checking in on us and helping us with breakfast orders.Thank you Anil for welcoming us each day with so much joy.
