The hotel's service was exceptional. We could only use 3 of the 5 booked rooms due to some of us missing our flight connections, but the rooms were upgraded to executive suites for free. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the hotel, Anil ji provided us with exceptional service, catering to each and every request of ours and even tending to our suitcases as we ate lunch at the hotel with the rest of the group (total of 11 people) when they arrived a day later. He even offered to check in to the 2 spare rooms early morning, use the rooms to freshen up and then check out. Although we did not use this option, as the rest of the group arrived late, tired and hungry, we were still very happy with the option being offered to us. The food was great, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, which all three were buffets with plenty of options, be it continental, Indian, or fusion, there is something for everyone. I did not use the swimming pool myself, but according to my family that was also nice.

I'm very satisfy with my choice of Radisson Agra. It is a nice hotel with roof restaurant and pool, with view over Taj Mahal. A quite unique experience. Special attention to Mr. Anil, from the reception. I had an issue and he helped my out. During my stay, he was always friendly and helpful. Also mrs. Neeha of Travel agency, she helped me with the excustiosn and also about a problem, which was solved in 20 minutes. Also special award for the restaurant and the waiters / waitresses. I won't mention names, as I will forget some and I don't want this. They were all very friendly, helpful. I had good contacts with them. When I left, they had even a little present for me. That was a nice moment in my holidays. Also a thank you for all the cooks and to mr. Sanju Kumar, executive chief, for his interesting talks about the Indian food! My advice, take a room with view over the Taj Mahal, it is an unique view! I think that this hotel is the best location for visiting the Taj.

I would say this is the best Hotel you van ever find in Agra. Fancy yet affordable. Front staff made a mistake on check out payments but it was handled well right away. He even called me on my cellphone to make sure everything was taken care of, so thank you to staff named Dhananjay Rai for excellent service. I enjoyed my entire experience in Agra thanks to this hotel. If not for this hotel I think my Taj Mahal experience wont be as great. Its location is convenient , honest souvenir shop is just across the street. And the buffet all day is one of the famous treat they offer. Their rooms are magnificently clean and comfortable. 100% will come back in the same hotel. All staff even the front door service are top notch. Bonus: must see the top floor, theres massage and bar with pool!

- We booked a room with Taj Mahal view and the view was fantastic. See the picture. It was taken from the roof top/terrace. We liked the fact that the hotel surrounding are not crowded. - We loved the buffet breakfast. There are various dishes from all around the world - Healthy, Continental, Chinese, South Indian, etc. We were surprised when Chefs came out of kitchens and talked to us asking for feedback/suggestion. Not once but every day. They really care for their guests and did everything to make us happy. They suggested and prepared stuffed Uttapam for us. Tried it for first time and loved it. - The restaurant and hotel staffs are well behaved and very helpful. - The hotel is just 15-20 mins away from the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

The restaurant at the rooftop has real nice naan bread and in general interesting and tasty curry options. Breakfast is decent but do not expect excellent. There is tuk tuk outside the hotel which is convenient. If you go to Taj Mahal you can take a tuk tuk from the outside and a guide from the hotel for only 600 rupees would be a good choice, we did not take an di regret it because as a foreigner there is a looooooot of hustle and bother going on outside of the monument.
